About Me

I have spent most of my career working as a civil servant (most recently for the Scottish Government) in various roles within IT projects and programmes. For the last ten years I have been interested in effective and inspiring leadership and creating environments which improve people’s lived experience at work. This interest inspired me to train as a coach (Advanced Certificate in Coaching Practice, The Acorn Principle) and to develop skills in organisation development which led to me taking on the role of Learning and People Development Manager for my directorate in 2021.

My focus is to listen carefully to what every client needs, creating a compassionate environment where people can learn to let go of feelings of self-criticism and self-judgement.
